The ACCD'OM congress brings together elected officials from the French overseas territories in Montpellier from 16 to 19 November 2026, under the theme of working together through the strength of the overseas network.
The event comes at the start of a new term of office. It aims to help officials respond to citizens' expectations by offering concrete resources, support tools and key contacts.
It is also meant to strengthen and expand the network of overseas elected officials, promote shared experience and encourage joint work on public action in the overseas territories.
