On Saturday 10 October, Les Ateliers Tropisme throw open their doors as part of the Journées des Ateliers d'Artistes d'Occitanie. The event runs from 11:00 to 19:00 and gives the public a rare chance to step inside around forty working studios shared by resident artists and craftspeople.
Visitors can meet practitioners spanning a broad spectrum of disciplines — visual artists, ceramicists, photographers, illustrators, videographers, textile artists, jewellers, sculptors, musicians, radio producers and more — and discover the day-to-day creative life of this collective workspace.
The day is conceived as an invitation to exchange directly with the artists, to understand their working methods and to explore the diversity of skills and output that animate the site throughout the year.
