Haken return to VEGA in Copenhagen on their upcoming European tour. The English band formed in 2007 and is known for progressive rock that mixes metal and melodic, jazz-tinged elements in complex, large-scale compositions.
Their latest album, the critically praised Fauna, explores humanity's relationship with nature, with each track inspired by a different animal. The band is also about to open a new chapter with the single "in a fever dream", described as some of their most direct and emotionally present material so far.
Live, the band turns its intricate music into intense, engaging performances. Expect technical skill, atmospheric soundscapes, heavy riffs and big melodies.
