Les Dimanches Occitans du Gazette Café bring together Occitan language and culture every Sunday, running from 11:00 to 17:00 at the Gazette Café in Montpellier.
The programme features singing and folk dancing (cant e balèti) with Delfina Aguilera, a vocalist, as well as a poetry reading by Bernard Grellier, a shepherd from the Aigoual massif.
The collective Dètz d'Estèla Blénet presents a cinema segment, and guests can also enjoy games of belote throughout the afternoon.
At 13:00 sharp, the unmissable traditional aligot-saucisse is served — a hearty dish of melted cheese and mashed potato served with sausage.
