The Culturôtoits hydroponic greenhouse, located on the grounds of Halle Tropisme in Montpellier, invites local residents and curious visitors to discover a different approach to urban agriculture every Sunday morning from October 4 to December 13, between 10:00 and 12:00.
The greenhouse grows vegetables and aromatic herbs without soil, using hydroponics — a technique that avoids land artificialization in the city and offers a concrete response to the challenges of urban food production. The harvests also supply the preparations served at the Tropisme café on site.
Visitors can tour the greenhouse, learn how hydroponics works, and speak directly with the team that runs it. Admission is free, though the project welcomes support from visitors.
