The Deep Dark Woods are a Canadian folk-roots group with nearly two decades behind them and several albums and singles to their name. They openly acknowledge their kinship with artists such as Bob Dylan, Bert Jansch, Rick Danko and Jason Molina while giving that tradition fresh life.
Their latest album, The Circle Remains (2025), features eleven songs carried by Ryan Boldt's tender vocals. Roots Music Canada praised it as an album that unfolds slowly and leaves a mix of ache and comfort.
Audiences can expect an evening of new, tradition-rooted folk music with an emotional edge.
