Yard Act, the Leeds-based indie band, play Store VEGA in Copenhagen on 10 October 2026 as the evening's headliner. It is their largest Danish headline concert to date, after selling out Loppen in 2024.
The band broke through in 2022 with their debut album The Overload, which reached number 2 on the UK albums chart and was nominated for the Mercury Prize. Their style blends Britrock, post-punk and disco grooves with humorous, socially critical lyrics, and critics have compared them to Arctic Monkeys and The Libertines.
Their 2024 follow-up, Where's My Utopia, was co-produced with Remi Kabaka Jr. of Gorillaz and reached the top 4 in the UK. The band recently said they are making the greatest third album any band has ever recorded. Their last Danish appearance was as support for The Hives at K.B. Hallen last year.
