Jane Eyre is presented at Gamle Scene, choreographed by English choreographer Cathy Marston, who has established herself as one of the ballet world's most compelling storytellers in recent years. The work unfolds Jane's eventful life as both an intense, dramatic chamber piece and a sweeping narrative ballet.
The production explores themes of deep love, painful jealousy and dark secrets drawn from one of literature's greatest novels.
