Danser Med Drenge is one of Denmark's best-known live bands. It formed in the early 1990s and has shaped Danish pop with a mix of soul, reggae and catchy melodies.
Songwriter and bandleader Klaus Kjellerup founded the band after his time in Tøsedrengene. Its breakthrough came with the debut hit 'Hvorlænge vil du ydmyge dig?'. Over the years it has released many albums and favourites such as 'Aldrig undvære dig' and 'Læn dig tilbage'.
Today the band is still active, with singer Ida Ambrose up front, and it focuses on concerts with a close connection to the audience.
